The study in Dairy Science and Technology Department is conducted through enrollment in the Food and Dairy Science Program of the third level, then it is carried out inside the department from the fourth level according to student’s desire and according to the rules and regulations that are organized and determined by faculty council, Academic staff in the departments of dairy science and technology and food industries are teaching most of the courses taught in the Food and Dairy Science Program, except some courses in which the Academic staff participate with departments of microbiology – animal production – horticulture and plant protection.            

The completion of the third year of study is followed by the summer training phase, which lasts for a month in factories within the Arab Republic of Egypt, according to the department’s proposals, which determine the beginning and end of its duration by faculty council.
