The Agricultural Experiments and Research Center at the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources at Aswan University seeks to be an integrated educational, training, guidance and productive research institution that serves the educational process for both undergraduate and postgraduate students and achieves the requirements of the surrounding community through community service.
Within the framework of the message of Aswan University and in line with the message of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the Agricultural Experiments and Research Center seeks to provide various activities and services that serve the agricultural sector in its various fields, serve the surrounding community, and achieve the desired coordination between scientific research and economic production.
– Preparing and implementing training courses for students and graduates in the fields of agricultural research towards the use of scientific and technical methods in the fields of agriculture.
– Conducting scientific research in the fields of soil fertility, seed selection, animal and plant production, and others related to the optimal exploitation of the wealth of the agricultural community.
– Providing scientific consultations to all parties working in agricultural activity and conducting research and studies in the field of agriculture and agricultural industries.
– Documenting cultural and scientific ties with universities, institutions, scientific bodies and companies inside and outside the country.
– This is done by organizing scientific conferences, seminars and local and international workshops in the fields of advanced agriculture and in the field of information technology.
