The Students for Egypt family held a welcoming party for new students for the academic year 2024-2025, where the event witnessed a large attendance of students and faculty members. The party began with welcoming words from Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Abu El-Leil, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Leader of the Students for Egypt family, who stressed the importance of education and learning in building a bright future, encouraging students to engage in university activities and take advantage of available opportunities. Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nasrat, President of the University, and Prof. Yasser Abdel Hamid Diab, Dean of the Faculty, expressed their happiness with the new students joining the faculty family, stressing the state’s interest in the agricultural sector and providing the necessary grants for students so that they can develop their capabilities and qualify them for the labor market.
The event included musical and entertainment performances, in addition to introductory activities for the academic departments and various student activities. The family students also sought to communicate with the new students and provide them with support, and help them learn about university life and exchange experiences. Many of the new students expressed their enthusiasm to begin their academic journey, praising the welcoming and supportive atmosphere they felt during the party.
