The training of the third level students in food sciences and dairy technology program has been completed supervised by Dr:Hesham Zakaria  in the Egyptian center of bread in Giza in the framework of the summer training program outside the faculty aiming at connecting the students with the outside community and introduce the research centers and its included potentials which could enhance the students' skills that in turn contributes in obtaining a qualified graduate for the job market....
