Aswan University – Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources participates in a convoy to the village of Al-Hajz Bahri, affiliated to the Edfu Center in Aswan, within the villages of a decent life. This participation comes within the framework of the presidential initiative “Bidaya Initiative” launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, to support and develop villages and remote areas in Egypt. This convoy aims to provide support and assistance to small farmers of crops and livestock breeders from the people of Al-Hajz Bahri village, whether by providing basic services or organizing educational and awareness events and providing the necessary advice and tips to solve their problems, which in turn helps increase productivity and increase the return from the agricultural sector to bridge the gap and reduce imports. This step reflects the commitment of Aswan University and the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources to serve the community and support sustainable development.
