The organizational structure of a student family:

  • The family’s leader: a teaching staff member, a lecturer at least.
  • Every family has: a reporter, assistant reporter, a quartermaster, activity reporter from students of all grades.
  • The family is formed by all departments and divisions and grades in the faculty.
  • The family members mustn’t be less than 30 persons.
  • The four elements name, grade, department, and full address should be written.
  • Every family should submit five copies from the original documents of forming to the families’ official at the youth care.

General conditions to form the student family and its activities:

  • Participation forms are filled out at the activity supervisor’s.
  • The participant student has to bring a personal photo to make a family card.
  • The family is formed by all departments and divisions and grades in the faculty.
  • If the family doesn’t participate in activities it will be crossed off by a decision of the committee leader and the union’s leader.
  • Apply for practicing family activities such as trips, fairs, symposiums.etc, to the activity supervisor in order to get the approval of the family’s leader, the committee’s leader, the union’s leader at least a week before the implementation’s date.
  • After getting the consent of a trip, a supervisor for it will be assigned (a teaching staff member, families committee’s leader, faculty’s dean).
  • These consents will be sent then to the university’s vice president for education and students affairs to a approve it at least a week before the date.
